ORDER STATUS

Using the form below, simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (and in your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order. We will display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added. 

PLEASE NOTE: To prevent the unauthorized use of your credit card, vielleandfrances.com requires a completed Credit Card Authorization  on orders over $3500. Orders will not ship if a Credit Card Authorization Form is not received. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

Failure to provide form or listing of shipping address with credit card company may result in cancellation of order and 25% restocking fee.
