Finishing touches include antiqued brass upholstery tacks and black wood legs with non-marking feet. The Rousseau Round Ottoman is fully assembled and should be spot cleaned as needed. This style is also available in dark slate gray (sold separately). We offer White Glove and Curbside delivery on all of our furniture products. These in stock items will ship in approximately 5-7 business days. All other non-furniture items may be shipped with either UPS, FEDEX or USPS. These items will ship in approximately 3-5 business days.

Returns

Vielle + Frances is happy to accept returns on stocked items within 5 days of receipt when items are in their original condition. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. No refund will be processed without a return authorization. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We don’t accept products that have been used or damaged.
