The Camille comes with upgraded back cushions and pillows (L2 NA comfort fill) and upgraded seat cushions (L4 trillium). If you desire different fills, for example, L1 or L3, be sure to specify this on your order. Our award winning sofas are made of kiln-dried Alder wood from sustainably harvested forests, recycled sinuous no-sag spring seating or recycled webbed seating, doweled, glued and corner-blocked joinery, high resiliency foam 2.5 pound.

Shipping

We offer White Glove and Curbside delivery on all of our furniture products. These in stock items will ship in approximately 5-7 business days. All other non-furniture items may be shipped with either UPS, FEDEX or USPS. These items will ship in approximately 3-5 business days.

Returns

Vielle + Frances is happy to accept returns on stocked items within 5 days of receipt when items are in their original condition. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. No refund will be processed without a return authorization. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We don’t accept products that have been used or damaged.
